Missing Ingredients: Righteousness and Grace

"For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ" (Romans 5: 17)

No mention of righteousness, no mention of grace --

These are the two indispensable yet ever dispense gifts which we receive in Christ Jesus!

Abundance of grace, which abounds in our lives even when we sin!

Righteousness, the right standing of full justification before God the Father, which enables to enter boldly before the throne of grace in time of need (Hebrews 4: 16)

These two elements Satan wars against with a tenacious ferocity.

These two elements make all the difference in the life of the believer.

In not one place are these two precious gifts mentioned in Alcoholics Anonymous.
